Faridpur
Faridpur Zilla School boasts a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1840. Originally founded as the English Seminary School, it was taken over by the British Government in 1851 and renamed Faridpur Zilla School. Throughout its nearly two-century journey, the school has been instrumental in disseminating modern education and fostering progressive thought in the region. Students actively participated in the Anti-British movement and the 1971 Liberation War.
